    • Description:

      Whichever player is ahead with the score at the start of the rally will only allowed to play straight for that rally. Opponent can play anywhere

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 15 points

    • Description:

      One player is limited to try hitting everything down the middle of the court and keeping themselves in the rally and alive as long as possible. A great condition for concentration

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins each and then swap the task

    • Description:

      One player is limited to try and win each rally with only 6 of their own shots. The service is not included in the 6 shots. The player with the condition needs to consider very attacking and accurate shots to win

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points and then swap the task

    • Description:

      One player is limited to play the whole game without volleying the ball (except for the return of serve). This will be a highly challenging game with the condition and the task is to stay calm and concentrated for the entirety of the game

    • Description:

      *Ignore the video* Big points match play. The start of every game begins at 8-8 in points with the winner getting to 11 first (2-clear at 10-10). The winner of the match is the first to get to 5 games

    • Exercise Notes:Focussing on dealing with big points, play first to get to 5 games but each game begins at 8-8

    • Description:

      One player is limited to play the whole game to the back of the court. This will be a highly challenging game with the condition and the task is to stay calm and concentrated for the entirety of the game and be as effective as possible

    • Description:

      *Ignore the video* Big points match play. This game makes players concentrate on the big points at different times of a game. Losing a rally on a certain point takes you back down. Similar to snakes and ladders

    • Exercise Notes:When a player reaches 3 they need to win the next point or reset to 0. When a player reaches 7 they need to win the next point or reset to 3. When a player reaches 10, back to 7 if lose
