    • Description:

      Focus on the key technique points of the boast, in respect to your preparation, swing, and positioning. Aim to keep the cross court drive around the service line or above, to allow the space and time to hit a good boast.

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins, and then switch positions with your partner. Repeat on both sides of the court

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins with one player hitting the FH boast and the other hitting the BH boast, and then switch positions

    • Minutes on exercise:8:00

    • Description:

      In the 1st game, the next shot after the boast must go back deep. For the 2nd game, the response to the boast can be played to any part of the court (e.g. drop, kill, drive), with the next shot then having to go deep again to continue the rally.

    • Exercise Notes:Play each of the two games to 11 points
