      Use this first drill to practise the full range of the grip and adaptability. Due to the range of shots and executions in this drill you will need to be adaptable with the grip and angle of the racket face

      This game now focusses on a flatter grip and racket face to keep the ball low. Both players are allowed two shots above the service line so this will then challenge you in ways to consider adapting the grip during the rally

      One player trying to lift the ball and get underneath it while the other player is trying to come down the ball and take it in short. A great contrasting drill to work a lot on grip adaptation

      Using the full alley as a foundation BUT both players are allowed to cross court lob the ball at anytime to change sides of the alley. The goal is to adapt the grip to execute the shot when appropriate
