    • Description:

      Working on diagonal movement, the player should start with a ghost to the deep forehand side then followed up with a BACKHAND volley drop. Focus on a short and simple backswing looking to take the ball early

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 volleys on the backhand side

    • Description:

      As active recovery do as many side to side volleys as you can in 1 minute

    • Exercise Notes:Do 1 minute of side to side volleys

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      As an active recovery attempt to do as many corner volleys is a row as you can in 1 minute 

    • Exercise Notes:Corner volleys for 1 minute

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      As an active recovery to the last pressure session, do as many cross court volleys as you can in 1 minute

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 1 minute

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      Coach can play ANYWHERE in the court and the player can only play a straight drive. Coach tries and moves the player to all 4 corners of the court to test out fitness and movement as well as ball control on the drive
