Training /  Solo - Length variation practice (40mins)

    • Description:

      In this exercise the player is hitting deep straight drives off the back wall, thinking about hitting into zones 3 & 4 in line with the skills discussed in our 'length variation' playlist

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins on one side, then change to the other side for a further 5mins

      In this exercise the player is hitting straight drives that land at the very front or very back of the service box, thinking about hitting into zones 1 & 2 in line with the skills discussed in our 'length variation' playlist

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins on one side, then change to the other side for a further 5mins

    • Description:

      In this exercise the player is hitting straight drives alternating between one shot above the service line and one below, thinking about hitting into all the 4 zones in line with the skills discussed in our 'length variation' playlist

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins on one side, then change to the other side for a further 5mins

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      In this exercise, the player is hitting straight drives back to himself, however they can hit a cross court drive at any time to change sides. Maintain focus on hitting into all the 4 zones.

    • Exercise Notes:Work through for around 10mins or until the end of your session
