    • Description:

      In this exercise the players are hitting rotating drives into the back corner, thinking about hitting into all 4 zones in line with the skills discussed in our 'length variation' playlist

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins on one side, then change to the other side for a further 5mins

    • Description:

      Routine where you play the ball into one back quarter in the following order, above the service line, above the service line, below the service line. Look to make the 'below' shot a drive into zones 1 or 2, as opposed to a drop

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins on one side, then change to the other side for a further 5mins

      In this condition game, both players must hit all of their shots below the service line, apart from the serve and one shot of their choosing. Look to make the 'below' shots drives into zones 1 or 2, as opposed to drops

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 2 games to 11 points, or around 10mins in total

      In this condition game, both players must hit all of their shots above the service line, apart from one shot of their choosing. Look to make the 'below' shots drives into zones 1 or 2, as opposed to drops
