      Each week you will start with this drill for 2.5 mins on each side. Ultimately we are trying to get better at this shot so dedicated practise time each week should be given to it as a priority

    • Description:

      This solo drill is great to work on variation of pace and being good at using different heights on the front wall to gain comfort and confidence in your drives

    • Description:

      Progressing by bringing in hitting a cross court now in this drill. A great way to hit the cross court and learn to collect it to straighten the ball up. When confident you could attempt 1 straight and then 1 cross court shot and repeat

    • Description:

      Focussing on just one side of the court, work on this drill to try and stop your opponent getting in front by hitting quality lengths consistently

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins of each side of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      A great pairs drill that starts to use a lot of the court and to continue to work on getting players comfortable hitting those quality straight drives from the back but now also from the front off the counter drop

    • Exercise Notes:Do the drill for a total of 10mins

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      A great and very tough condition game for 1 player. They have to attempt to hit everything to the back of the court. I'd like to see the player with this condition play predominantly straight limiting the cross court where possible

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11-points and then swap the condition

    • Minutes on exercise:15:00

    • Description:

      Both players working on quality deep alley drives. If necessary use the boast to keep the rally alive and then the game progresses down the opposite side wall

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 15-points

    • Minutes on exercise:15:00
