    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

A challenging and tricky solo session as there is no side wall for protection if you hit a bit loose shot. Aim to get as many consecutive shots bouncing into the door as possible in the time period

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5 mins on each side then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

A relatively static drill for pairs to get some good quality hitting and ball control going. Focus on when hitting the length that it reaches the back wall ideally without touching the side wall on the way

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 sets each and then swap positions. Swap sides after 20 sets from the front and 20 sets from the back

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

Moving on to a more dynamic drill than the previous one, now both players are having to link their movement to the accurate hitting. Start by doing this drill cooperative and once got to grips with it increase the pace and intensity

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5-mins on one side and then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

A fantastic drill to encourage players to use variation of pace and height. A high skilled drill but by now in week 4 hopefully players are feeling more confident and comfortable with their straight length hitting

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5mins on one side and then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

One of the foundation condition games to practise a lot of skills. The main focus here will now be the ability to hit some clean and straight drives with the ball running as straight and possible and reaching the back wall

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11-points and then swap sides

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

A great game that rewards hitting the targets that are at the back of the court. TO NOTE: when a player hits a target in this game they get 3 points rather than just a single point. Big rewards for accurate length hitting

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 15-points

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

Using the deep game as the foundation, a new rule to add is that players are allowed 1-bounce in front of the short line. This should allow a lot more low and attacking shots such as kills and stuns to be played

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11-points

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00
