      After you have tested yourself use this great solo ball skill exercise to work on using height on the front wall and improving levels of ball control

      In pairs, working on one of the most fundamental drills in squash, the rotating drives. Work on getting the ball deep into the court so the circling movement patterns between both players can be achieved 

    • Exercise Notes:Practise for 5-mins on each side

    • Description:

      Progressing to a competitive game, both players are now attempting to win points by putting the ball back into one of the deep quarters of the court

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11-points and the swap to opposite back quarter
