      Use this exercise to get you warm and into a nice rhythm for the reminder of the session. Focus on gliding and flowing in your movement around the court using a good follow through to recover to the T

    • Exercise Notes:Do 3 sets of 1 min ghosting with a 1 min rest in between

    • Description:

      Focussing on ghosting 40 shots on the forehand side of the court. Do 2 x forehand deep - 1 x forehand middle - 1 x forehand front and repeat until completed 40 shots

    • Exercise Notes:Complete the drill on the forehand side only

      Focussing on ghosting 40 shots on the backhand side of the court. Do 2 x backhand deep - 1 x backhand middle - 1 x backhand front and repeat until completed 40 shots

    • Exercise Notes:Complete the drill on the backhand side only

    • Description:

      The aim of this drill is about explosive speed and getting the heart rate up quickly. Set a timer for the exercise, complete the 20 shots and then rest the reminder of the 1-minute. Complete 10-sets in a row for an all round full session

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 shots as quick as you can. Set a timer to start and then rest for the remainder of the minute

      Use this exercise as your warm down for the hard session you have just completed. WELL DONE!
