Training /  Forehand Focused Ghosting Session (15mins)

    • Description:

      Make your movement light and rhythmic, keeping the foot turnover rapid and light. Visualise the rally and the shots you're playing as you do so, and try and keep the ghosting as fluid as you can. Work at the fastest pace you can maintain

    • Exercise Notes:Work through for 8 sets of 20 shots ghosting, with 30secs rest between each
