    • Description:

      In this ghosting exercise, the player can move to any part of the court during the 5min work period. The focus is on moving in a slow and controlled manner, flowing into your shot and using your follow through to move smoothly and rhythmically

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins, at a very slow and steady pace - the focus is on technique rather than conditioning

      In this ghosting exercise, the player is moving into the back of the court only. The focus should be on linking your movement to your shot, and working in rhythm with your racket follow through to and from the T

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3 sets of 1min steady pace ghosting, with 30sec recovery periods between each

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      In this ghosting exercise, the player is moving into the front of the court only. Aim to make your movements as smooth as possible, staying light through your lunge and swing. Concentrate on using the recoil of your swing to aid efficiency

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3 sets of 1min steady pace ghosting, with 30sec recovery periods between each

    • Description:

      In this ghosting exercise, the player is moving at a faster pace around the middle of the court. Maintain the rhythm and flow that you've practiced in the slower pace exercises, now moving at a more match specific speed

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3 sets of 1min faster pace ghosting, with 30sec recovery periods between each
