    • Description:

      In this exercise the players are hitting rotating drives into the back corner, using the first few minutes of the session to establish some rhythm and consistency with their drives.

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins on the backhand side of the court

    • Description:

      Routine where both players hit into backhand quarter continuously with the option of hitting a straight kill shot off the bounce at the appropriate time. Retrieve the kill with a straight drive.

    • Description:

      Two players hit rotating drives behind the short line but have the option to hit straight drops off the bounce at any time. Retrieve the drop with a straight drive.

    • Description:

      Focus on rhythm and control with your volleys, gradually increasing the pace as you become more comfortable.

      This routine is a progression from rotating rails where any player can then volley drop. The next player then plays a straight drive. Back to rotating rails. 6 minutes.

      This routine is a progression from rotating rails where any player can then volley kill. The next player then plays a straight drive. Back to rotating rails. 6 minutes.

      This routine is a progression from rotating rails where any player can then volley cross court nick. The next player then plays a cross court drive. Back to rotating rails. 6 minutes.

      Play the full alley game on the backhand side as described in the video. Incoproate optional volley cross court nick to make it more challenging (cross court nick must be returned to backhand side with a cross court drive/lob).
