    • Description:

      All players are hitting rotating drives, however any player can hit a boast at any time. The next player then must hit a straight drive to continue the routine.

    • Exercise Notes:This exercise serves as a warm up, giving players the chance to find their range on the court and get moving into all four corners of the court.

    • Description:

      All players are hitting rotating drives, however any player can hit a boast at any time. The next player then must hit a cross court drive to continue the routine. Serve from alternate sides each rally.

    • Exercise Notes:In this exercise, players should work on hitting good width cross courts from the front to give the next player a chance to practice digging hard balls out of the back corners.

      All players are hitting rotating drives, however any player can play a volley drop at any point. The next player then plays a straight drive to continue the rally.

    • Exercise Notes:The focus here should be on hitting good quality lengths from the back to force a weak ball that players can punish with an attacking volley. Learning to defend quality lengths is highly important, so try using height to dissolve pressure.

      One player stands at the front hitting straight drives, whilst the two players in the back corner rotate around each other and hit straight drops. Each player will spend 2 mins at the front per side.

    • Exercise Notes:In this exercise, players should try to develop their ability to take the ball in short from the back of the court. Combining early racket preparation with quick movement onto the ball will allow you to hit the ball at the top of its bounce, which wi

      In this condition game, one player is playing against the other two players, who have to move and be disciplined together to work effectively. Each player has a turn at playing the other two and will score one game to 11 before rotating.

    • Exercise Notes:In this game, the pairs should be concentrating on dragging the ball deep into the back corners and forcing a weak return, while the solo player works on defending the back corners and looking for his own opportunities to punish poor lengths.
