This is awesome. Love this, for me the best in Zero to Hero. Would love to see practical methods explained and explored in making this happen in practice. I have heard from many pros that Meditations and Visualization works wonders to keep you calm, relaxed, present, mindful positive and above all unattached. BUT there are plenty of general guidelines but not specific to squash. Would be great if we could explore that side.
