    Hi Peter and Gary. I found the video interesting and useful and hope you are now fully recovered Peter. I am in the rehab stage following rotator cuff surgery to reattach completely torn muscles. Six weeks in sling and six weeks of non-resistance mobility exercises. One week to go before I can start some strengthening exercises. Fortunately, I have been pretty much pain free (after the initially injury) and haven't needed any pain killers etc but getting back full mobility of my shoulder at my age (67) may be a challenge. But as Peter said the injury has actually rekindled my desire to be on court. I'm hoping to get the green light soon.

    Thanks so much for this! Just had meniscus surgery 3 weeks ago, and can't wait to get back on court--when I'm ready!

    Thank you so much for this video, Gary and Peter. I have had major issues with my knee and it's good to know I have been doing mostly what you have mentioned here. I tend to stay away from painkillers but would love to try the CBD topical creams to see if it makes a difference. Again, really appreciate this video.
