You're only as good as your movement!
After the crazy demand for the last European coaching camp in Amsterdam we're excited to be heading back to the continent for another European coaching event.
This time we visit the German capital of Berlin with a fantastic team of coaches all on hand to focus on movement. The event will take place at Airport Squash & Fitness, Rue Charles Calmette 11D, 13405 Berlin, Germany (next to Tegel Airport).
Movement plays such a crucial role in any game of squash. If you can't get to a ball, you're going to lose the rally. If you can get there but your in a bad body position, you're likely to lose the rally and if you move inefficiently and get tired, you're likely to lose the match.
So with that in mind, we plan to spend the weekend focusing in on your movement and examine your first movement off the T, how to approach the ball, your body position at impact and finally how to move efficiently back to the T.
The camp will be headed up by Lee Drew alongside SquashSkills Founder Jethro Binns and Jesse Engelbrecht, with fitness workshops delivered by our resident fitness guru, Gary Nisbet.
We’re excited to be spending the weekend in one of the great European cities. We're expecting places to sell out quickly. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Cost - €350 (£310).
We have now sold out, to be placed on the reserve list please email Sandra.
