      Keep the elbows tucked in, and ensure torso is rotated as far as comfortably possible with each rep. Use a weight between 5kg and 15kg depending on your level of strength

      Focus on keeping the body strong and stable throughout. Ensure you brace the core and keep the surrounding muscles engaged, aiming to keep a straight line from your head to your feet

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 2 sets of 10 reps, with 1min rest between each

    • Description:

      Keep the body in a straight line from the head to the knees. Keep the core engaged, and try to resist any rotation that occurs when you raise the hands

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 3 sets of 12 alternating shoulder touches, with 30secs rest between each set
