    • Description:

      Warm-up thoroughly before starting. Each set consists of the 4 racket touches, and finishes with the return to the T. Rest for 45secs between sets.

    • Exercise Notes:FOUNDATION: Complete 5 sets; INTERMEDIATE: Complete 6 sets; ELITE: Complete 8 sets

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      Each set consists of 4 touches of the racket handles with your dominant hand. Take 60secs rest between sets.

    • Exercise Notes:FOUNDATION: Complete 6 total sets (3 at the back, 3 at the front); INTERMEDIATE: Complete 8 total sets; ELITE: Complete 10 total sets

    • Description:

      Each set consists of 4 reps (2 clockwise, and 2 anti-clockwise). Take 90secs rest between sets.

    • Exercise Notes:FOUNDATION: Complete 2 sets; INTERMEDIATE: Complete 3 sets; ELITE: Complete 4 sets
