    • Description:

      Warm-up thoroughly before starting. Complete the 20 sprint and 20 lateral sets with 1 min rest between each, aiming to keep times below 60secs and 45secs respectively.

    • Exercise Notes:FOUNDATION: 1 set of each 20 rep set; INTERMEDIATE: 2 sets of each 20 rep set; ELITE: 3 sets of each 20 rep set

    • Description:

      Follow the guide outlined for the amount of balls to be used, and the amount of sets to be completed in each corner.Take 2mins rest between each set. 

    • Exercise Notes:FOUNDATION: 1 set of 6 balls to each corner; INTERMEDIATE: 1 set of 8 balls to each corner; ELITE: 2 sets of 6 balls to each corner
