    • Description:

      -Begin with 5-10min light cardio/mobility warm-up
      -Make the turn and acceleration out of the corners as explosive as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 4 sets of the 4 sprints, with 30secs rest between each. Rest for 2mins, then repeat for 2 sets in total.

      Make the movements as rapid as possible, focusing on keeping balance and control throughout

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 12 reps of the cross sprint, with 15secs rest between each. Rest for 2mins, then repeat for 2 sets in total
