Fitness /  Foundation Rower Sprint Endurance Session (Week 4)

    • Description:

      Work through a full body endurance session on the rower, with 6 x 500m effort and 6 x 250m recovery intervals. Aim for an intensity of 90-95% of max on the 500m efforts.

    • Exercise Notes:-Complete 5mins light w/up, then work through 4500m on the rower in an interval format of 500m effort to 250m recovery. Aim to keep both the effort and recovery intervals to around 2mins each.
