    • Description:

      -Begin with 5-10min light cardio/mobility warm-up
      -Work at 100% intensity. Change the corner worked into on each subsequent set.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of 4 ball pick-ups into 1 corner. Rest for 90secs, then move onto the next exercise

    • Description:

      Make the turn and push-off as powerful as possible. Change between working front corners and back corners on each subsequent set.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of 4 racket touches. Rest for 90secs, then move onto the next exercise

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Stay tight to the square, making the changes of direction as sharp as possible. Change direction travelled on each subsequent set.

    • Exercise Notes:Work in one direction around the square for 15secs. Rest for 90secs, then move onto the next exercise

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Work at maximal intensity on the sprints, focusing on rapid footwork and fast, explosive turns at each end of the court

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 6 court sprints. Rest for 2mins, then repeat the circuit for a total of 2 sets
