    • Description:

      -Begin with 5-10min light cardio/mobility warm-up
      ‚Äč-Keep the skipping at a steady pace, and allow a 10sec changeover into the ghosting

    • Exercise Notes:-Each rep will consist of 1min of skipping, immediately followed by 1min of ghosting according to the patterns outlined below

    • Minutes on exercise:15:00

    • Description:

      1) BackFH/BackBH
      2) FrontFH/FrontBH
      3) FrontFH/BackFH
      4) FrontBH/BackBH
      5) FrontFH/BackBH
      6) FrontBH/BackFH
      After completing all 6 reps of skip>ghost, rest for 2mins & repeat for 3 total sets
