      Complete 10 sets of 10 ghosts to random corners, resting for 30secs between each. Aim to keep each set of 10 below 30secs.

    • Exercise Notes:Vary the shot that you visualise, and the foot that you lunge in on. Make the movement fast, but smooth and efficient.
