    • Description:

      Complete 5 sets of 20 ghosts - 1) FH back, BH back; 2) FH front, FH back; 3) BH front, BH back; 4) FH front, BH front; 5) Random. Rest for 1min between each. Aim to keep each set of 20 below 1min.

    • Exercise Notes:Vary the shot that you visualise, and the foot that you lunge in on. Make the movement fast, but smooth and efficient.
