    • Description:

      On standard bikes a pace of around 125+RPM is a good target for 30secs, then around 120+ for 40secs, and 115+ for 50secs. Set the resistance level to around 40-50% of the max for the efforts (so for a bike with 20 levels, set it at around 8 to 10)

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5min light warm-up, then work 30secs effort to 30secs slow pace recovery x2, then 40secs effort to 20secs recovery x2, then 50secs effort to 10secs recovery x2. Take 1min slow pace rest, then repeat for 5 total sets
