      Work at the fastest pace you can. Be mindful of your footwork, but focus mainly on making your movements to and from the T as fast and as powerful as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Working with 8 balls, complete one set of the ball pick-ups into each corner of the court. Take 2mins rest between each set
