    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      ‚Äč-Keep the skipping at a steady pace, and allow a 10sec changeover into the ghosting

    • Exercise Notes:-Each rep will consist of 1min of skipping, immediately followed by 1min of ghosting according to the patterns outlined below

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      1) BackFH/BackBH
      2) FrontFH/FrontBH
      3) FrontFH/BackFH
      4) FrontBH/BackBH
      5) FrontFH/BackBH
      6) FrontBH/BackFH
      After completing all 6 reps of skip>ghost, rest for 2mins & repeat for 2 to 4 total sets

    • Exercise Notes:-Each rep will consist of 1min of skipping, immediately followed by 1min of ghosting according to the patterns outlined above. Rest for 30secs after each ghosting set, before going back into the skipping
