    • Description:

      -Begin with 5-10min light cardio/mobility warm-up
      -Step out comfortable distance with the lunge, and maintain stability through the press action

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 12 reps (alternating legs) of the exercise in the format as described in the video. Rest for 15secs before moving onto the next exercise

    • Description:

      -Land in a strong and stable position, regaining full balance before pushing into the next rep

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 8 reps of the exercise on each side, in the format as described in the video. Rest for 15secs before moving onto the next exercise

    • Description:

      -Maintain a right angle at the knees, shoulders against wall and arms across chest

    • Exercise Notes:Work through a 30secs hold of the exercise in the format as described in the video. Rest for 2mins, and then repeat the circuit for a total of 4, 5, or 6 sets depending on your level of conditioning
