    • Description:Moderate your pace according to the length of the interval. Be strict on the 15secs rest between, to really replicate a match format.

    • Exercise Notes:*2 total sets of 8 pyramid intervals (15, 30, 45, 60, 60, 45, 30, 15), taking 15secs between each *2min rest between sets

    • Description:Try and keep the court sprint sets below 60 secs, and the laterals below 45secs

    • Exercise Notes:*20 court sprints, 20 court widths repeated twice *1min rest between each set
