      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Stay safe by making sure speeds are not pushed beyond a manageable level - suggested interval speed is between 10km/h and 14km/h depending on your fitness level

    • Exercise Notes:Work a steady pace jog for 1min on a flat incline, then increase speed for a 45sec effort interval on an incline of 12%. Return to a steady pace 1min flat jog, then repeat the 45sec 12% incline efforts for a total of 10 sets
