      -Set your bike up at a moderate resistance level, to simulate the feel of normal cycling. Ensure your pedalling intensity is absolutely maximal on each 20secs set 

    • Exercise Notes:Complete x8 sets of 20secs maximal flat out effort, taking 10secs recovery between each
