    • Description:

      Make the movement around the square as rapid as you can, staying tight to the corners and keeping your acceleration out of each change of direction as explosive as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Work 3 laps around the square per set. Complete 3 sets working clockwise, and 3 sets working anti-clockwise. Take 60secs rest between each set
