    • Description:

      Each set consists of 4 touches of the rackets, as outlined in the video. Focus on making the movement as explosive as possible to and from the T. For more advanced players, try alternating the leg that you lunge in on with each set

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 4 sets working into the back two corners, and then 4 sets working into the front two corners. Take 45secs rest between each set
