    • Description:

      Change the movement on each set of the circuit, in line with the video - 1st set: service box edge low, 2nd set: service box edge high, 3rd set service box edge low followed by high. Repeat pattern if doing sets 4/5/6, but all the way to sidewall<

    • Exercise Notes:Go through a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin. Complete 1 set of 8 line touches, then rest for 20secs before moving onto the next exercise

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      Try and work at maximum intensity throughout, as opposed to pacing yourself. Push as hard as you can on each and every rep.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 2 sets of the shuttles (to service box and back, to short line and back, to front wall and back). Rest for 20secs, and then move onto the next exercise

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      Keep the skip speed as fast as you can on each rep. If you struggle with skipping technique, work the set with rapid alternate high knees on the spot

    • Exercise Notes:Skip at max pace for 20secs, then rest for 20secs before moving to the next exercise

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      Make the turn at the front wall explosive, driving into the acceleratory phase as powerfully as possible. Be careful not to get overtaken by momentum and crash into the wall at either end.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 4 lengths of the court at max pace. Rest for 2mins, then repeat the entire circuit through 3, 4, or 5 times, depending on your level of conditioning
