    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Try and work at maximum intensity throughout, as opposed to pacing yourself. Push as hard as you can on each and every rep.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of the shuttles (to service box and back, to short line and back, to front wall and back). Rest for 10secs, and then repeat. Complete 5 total sets, and then move immediately onto the laterals

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Description:

      Keep the foot turnover as rapid as possible, making sure to get low to lunge in and touch the nick on each side of the court.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 4 widths of the court. Rest for 10secs, and then repeat. Complete 5 total sets, and then move immediately onto the court sprints

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Description:

      Make the turn at the front wall explosive, driving into the acceleratory phase as powerfully as possible. Be careful not to get overtaken by momentum and crash into the wall at either end.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 2 lengths of the court. Rest for 10secs, and then repeat. Complete 5 total sets, and then rest for 2mins - repeat the entire circuit through 2, 4, or 6 times, depending on your level of conditioning
