      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin 
      -Make your movements as fast and explosive as possible 

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of 4 back corner racket touches. Rest for 20secs, then move onto the next exercise.

      Make the changes of direction as sharp as possible, focusing on very rapid acceleration and deceleration

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of 4 cross sprint racket touches. Rest for 20secs, then move onto the next exercise.

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Description:

      Make your movements as fast and explosive as possible 

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1 set of 4 front corner racket touches. Rest for 2mins, then repeat the 3 stations for a total of 3, 6, or 10 sets depending on your level of fitness
