    • Description:

      Aim to keep the 1km sprints below 60secs. Set the resistance level to around 40-50% of the max for the efforts (so for a bike with 20 levels, set it at around 8 to 10). Make a note of your times, and attempt to improve them over time

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5min light warm-up, then work through a 1km sprint in the fastest time possible. Slow down to a steady pace recovery effort for 2mins, before going into another 1km sprint. Complete 10 sets of the 1km sprint in total
