    • Description:

      Work the sprints at around 90% of max - on standard bikes, a pace of around 125+RPM is a good target. Set the resistance level to around 40-50% of the max (so for a bike with 20 levels, set it at around 8 to 10).

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5min light warm-up, then work 6 reps of 20secs sprint effort with 20secs slow pace recovery. Rest for 2mins and repeat x5
