    • Description:

      Focus on making each hop as powerful and explosive as you can. Take time to reset and regain balance before each subsequent rep. Try and land as still and stable as possible each time, holding that 'freeze' position for a couple of seconds

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 4 sets, alternating which leg you work on for each one. Rest for 30secs between sets.

    • Description:

      Take a moment to balance yourself properly before each rep. Make the hop as far as possible, landing on both feet. Use the court markings to assess your distance, and attempt to increase over time.

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 6 sets, alternating which leg you work on for each one. Rest for 30secs between sets.
