    • Description:

      If you don't have access to mini-hurdles, you can use rackets in your layout, or even just lines on the floor - the hurdles are really only there as markers. Make each jump rebound into the next, imagine you're 'bouncing' over each

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 3 sets of the hurdle hops, with 1min rest between each. Each set should consist of 15 jumps (3 times through the 5 jump layout)

    • Description:

      Make each jump as high and as powerful as possible. Aim to really freeze on the landing, then hold for a second or two before repeating into the next jump.
