    • Description:

      Start at around 70% on your first set, increasing the intensity each time up to maximum pace on your 4th and final set

    • Exercise Notes:Work with 8 balls. Complete 1 set into each corner of the court, with one partner working while the other rests

      Keep the ghosts at a match speed, working a fast pace but maintaining attention to proper form on the lunge and swing

    • Exercise Notes:Work in sets of 12 reps, one partner working while the other points the corners. Swap positions at the end of each set - alternate one set full ghost, to one set short ghost, for 10 total sets each
