    • Description:

      -Begin with 5-10min light cardio/mobility warm-up
      -Each set will consist of 10 reps on each exercise - 10 x double handed for the swings, and then 10 x on each arm for the other 2 lifts (50 reps total)

    • Exercise Notes:In the circuit, you'll transition fluidly from one exercise to the next without stopping to rest. Repeat the circuit x3, with 2mins rest between each.

      Engage the muscles of the posterior chain throughout the exercise, driving powerfully through the legs and hips to initiate the swing each rep

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 swings, before transitioning straight into the next exercise.

    • Description:

      Engage the muscles of the posterior chain throughout the exercise. Accelerate the kettlebell up and explosively above the head in one smooth motion.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 swings on each arm, before transitioning straight into the next exercise.

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Description:

      Engage the muscles of the posterior chain throughout the exercise. Clean the kettlebell up smoothly to the shoulder, and then drive through the legs to press the kettlebell to the end position above the head.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 swings on each arm, before transitioning straight into the next exercise.
