    • Description:

      Work through a challenging full body endurance session on the rower, with pyramid structured sets of sprint intervals. Aim for an intensity of 90-95% of max on each of effort, staying moving at just a very slow pace during the recovery periods

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5mins light w/up, then work a sprint effort of 100m followed by a 1min rest period. Repeat for intervals of 200m, 300m, 400m, and 500m, then back down with 400m, 300m, 200m, and 100m sets keeping to 1min rest periods each time (9 total sets)
