    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Try and keep the court lengths you cover on each set as close to your 1st set as possible (12 is a good target), and monitor your improvements over time.

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 30secs, and complete as many court sprints as you can. Rest for 30secs, and then go into your next set of 30secs court sprint effort. Repeat this 30secs on/30secs off interval sequence x12 through
