    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Make the turns fast and explosive, varying the foot that you turn on. Keep your speed up as fast as possible. Upon completion, rest for 2mins and repeat for 2 to 4 total sets

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 6 sets of 2 court sprints, then 4x3, 3x4, 2x6, and 1x12. Take 10secs rest between each set.
