    • Description:

      On standard bikes, a pace of around 120+RPM is a good target for 30secs, then around 115+ for 40secs, and 110+ for 50secs. Set the resistance level to around 40-50% of the max for the efforts (so for a bike with 20 levels, set it at around 8 to 10

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5min light warm-up, then work 30secs effort to 30ecs slow pace recovery, then 40secs effort to 20secs recovery, then 50secs effort to 10secs recovery. Take 1min slow pace rest, then repeat for 5 total sets
