    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Begin the stopwatch as soon as you start the treadmill running. Pause it in-between machines, but keep your changeovers to a max 30secs

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5k on the treadmill, then move immediately onto the next machine

    • Minutes on exercise:20:00

      Work at the fastest pace you can, but be careful not to compromise technique. Pause the stopwatch in-between machines, but keep your changeovers to a max 30secs.

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5k on the rower, then move immediately onto the next machine

    • Minutes on exercise:20:00

    • Description:

      -Concentrate on getting a steady cadence on the bike, and maintain an upright posture to avoid 'slumping'.
      -Try changing order in which you go through the machines each time you attempt the session, and try and improve your times

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 5k on the bike, then record your total time taken for the 3 machines

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00
