    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Build your speed with each set, going from around 70% on your first set up to maximal pace on your final set

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 4 sets of 6 ball pick-ups, two sets working to the front left corner, and two sets working to the front right. Rest 2mins between sets

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      Work on making the changes of direction as powerful as possible, focusing on getting up and out of the corners as rapidly as you can on each rep

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 4 sets of the 4 rep pattern outlined in the video description. Rest for 2mins between each set.

    • Minutes on exercise:9:00

    • Description:

      Move into the front forehand, back to the T, and then to the front backhand as fast as you can. Each movement is one rep, so it's only 4 total 'V' patterns that you're completing

    • Exercise Notes:Finish with 3 sets of 8 reps of the front corner ghosting pattern described above - each movement to a corner counts as 1 rep. Take 2mins rest between each set.
